ABOUT KCR

KCR is a very safe and simple, yet profound sequence of gentle stretches and mobilisations of the joints. This protocol was developed by Scottish Physiotherapist, Hugh Gilbert.

This has been designed to correct leg length difference and bring the body back into balance into its natural dynamic, energised, active and lively state in just one treatment. Many people walk about with an imbalance, yet to have one leg longer than the other doesn’t seem to create pain for everyone, but for those that it does over time, that pain may get worse and may be the cause of other seemingly unrelated physical conditions. This simple procedure is revolutionising physical rehabilitation globally, often achieving complete and lasting results in one treatment in many people where all other forms of intervention had proven unsuccessful.
